Let me introduce you to my newest piece, titled "I Am My Mother's Daughter". This piece was inspired by my goal to pass on positive body image and self love to my daughters. It is so hard to raise daughters who love their whole-selves in a society that teaches them to strive for the unattainable. 
I'm thankful for the two models for this piece, Heather Duval and her daughter, Elizabeth Comstock. Heather is a prime example of a mother who strives to love her beautiful, imperfect self. Elizabeth has grown up to be a woman who also embraces self-love and started a Body Positivity Facebook page. Heather and her daughter now run the page together, posting daily body positive inspiration.
